Production Operative / CNC Operator

This is a full-time, permanent position offering stability, development opportunities, and a chance to be part of something exciting. What we re looking for: • Experience in structural steel fabrication or similar industrial environments essential • Ability to read technical drawings - preferred • CNC machine operation experience - essential • Full UK driving licence (Category B) a big advantage but not a must • Strong work ethic and reliability • Team player attitude with good communication skills • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Don t meet every single requirement?
