We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy automotive manufacturing site in Devizes.
This is a hands-on role working night shift on an ongoing basis, involving basic machine operation, component handling, and visual quality checks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating machinery and supporting production processes
- Handling and loading components with care
- Carrying out visual quality inspections
- Following clear work instructions
- Keeping your work area clean and safe
What We''re Looking For:
- Previous experience in production or manufacturing (preferred)
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working night shifts on a ongoing basis
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
