• Monday-Thursday: 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00
• Friday: 06:00-13:00 / 13:00-20:00

We are currently recruiting additional Production Operatives to join Cross Manufacturing, a busy automotive manufacturing environment.

This is a hands-on role involving operating machinery, handling components, and carrying out visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards. The role would suit someone who is reliable, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting.

Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating machinery and carrying out basic fault finding where required
• Loading and unloading components with care and precision
• Performing visual inspections to identify any faults or defects
• Following work instructions and production processes
• Working both independently and as part of a team
• Maintaining focus during repetitive tasks
• Keeping the work area clean and safe

What We''re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious approach
• Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
• Comfortable standing or sitting for the duration of the shift while working at a workstation
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
