General Operator

Temporary with Permanent opportunities

Based at Whitegate Industrial Estate

£12.71 per hour (rising after 12 weeks) + Shift Allowance

Morning, Afternoon, and Night Shifts Available

We are looking for dependable General Operators to join a busy production team. This is a hands-on role with full training provided and a genuine opportunity to secure a permanent position.

What You''ll Do

• Support day-to-day production activities

   

• Assist with operating and setting up machinery

   

• Carry out quality checks on finished products

   

• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organised

   

• Record basic production information

   

What We''re Looking For

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is helpful, but not essential

   

• Strong work ethic and reliability

   

• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions

   

• Willingness to work shifts
