Production Operative

Blue Arrow is currently recruiting General Operatives on behalf of our client based in Ayr. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term position with an immediate start.

Position Details:

• Job Title: General Operative
• Location: Ayr
• Pay Rate: -12.71 per hour (tie and a half on Saturday, double rate on Sunday)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm
• Contract: Ongoing long-term assignment
• Immediate start available

Key Responsibilities:

• General warehouse and operational duties
• Loading and unloading products
• Picking, packing and preparing orders
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Assisting with stock movement and other warehouse tasks as required
• Manual handling and some heavy lifting may be involved

What We''re Looking For:

• Reliable and hardworking individuals
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Previous warehouse or production experience is beneficial but not essential
• Good timekeeping and attendance
• Available to start immediately
