Job Title: Production Operative Job Type: Temporary - Ongoing Pay Rates Day Shift: £14.27/hr Night Shift: £19.03/hr Overtime Rate 1 (First 10 hours): £21.41/hr Overtime Rate 2 (After 10 hours): £28.54/hr Shift Patterns: Hours per week: 37.5 hours (Monday to Thursday) Day Shift: Monday: 07:00 - 17:15 Tuesday - Thursday: 07:00 - 16:45 Night Shift: Monday: 21:00 - 07:15 Tuesday - Thursday: 21:00 - 06:45 (Note: Shift times may vary slightly depending on your specific work area within the facility). Key Responsibilities Mechanically prepare substrates to required standards using power tools. Clean, fettle, stripe coat, cut in, mask out, and prepare surfaces per specification.
