      <description>Location: Banbury | Salary: Up to £15.35 per hour | Type: Temporary | Production Operative - Battery Assembly    Location:  Banbury   Pay Rate:  £15.35 per hour   Hours:  Monday to Thursday: 07:30am - 4:30pm, Friday: 07:30am - 1:30pm   Contract:  Temporary Project Role (Until February)  We are currently recruiting for experienced  Production Operatives  to join a specialist battery manufacturing operation in Banbury.    This role is specifically suited to candidates with previous battery manufacturing, battery assembly, battery testing, or battery production experience. Applications from candidates who have worked with Lithium-Ion, Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4), EV batteries, industrial battery systems, energy storage systems, or similar battery technologies will be particularly welcomed.    This is not a general production role. Due to the nature of the work, candidates should have experience working within battery manufacturing, electrical assembly, or a related technical production environment.
