This is an excellent opportunity for someone with production experience who is looking for a long-term career within a well-established manufacturing environment.The RoleAs a Production Operative, you will be responsible for manufacturing large industrial moulded rubber components, working as part of a skilled production team. Full training will be provided across all aspects of the manufacturing process.Key Responsibilities : Operate production machinery and industrial equipment safely and efficiently.Manufacture high-quality moulded rubber products to production specifications.Work with compression moulding presses, moulds and associated machinery.Use hand tools and measuring equipment, including vernier gauges and tape measures.Follow quality, health and safety and production procedures.Maintain a clean and organised work area.Work effectively as part of a team while also being capable of working independently when required.
