Production Operative (Bakery)

Industrial Temporaries are hiring on behalf of a highly reputable client, specializing in the production and distribution of freshly baked goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working as part of a quality-focused team
• Assist with the production.
• Finishing, packing, dispatch or storage of bakery products
• Using relevant equipment to bake fresh cakes.
• Duties vary by department and may include packing, labeling, handling food products, cleaning, and general housekeeping.
• Organizing and moving stock within the workspace.
• Assisting other departments as needed.

Ideal Candidate:

• Own transport REQUIRED!
• Possesses a "can-do" attitude.
• Works well both independently and as part of a team.
• Is eager to learn, even without prior experience.
• physically fit to handle ingredient lifting.

Work Schedule:

• Hours: 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
• Days: Monday to Friday – no weekends or bank holidays!

Pay Rate:

• £13.25 per hour
