Location: Watford
Pay: From -12.71 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:45am - 4:45pm | Friday, 7:45am - 12:45pm

We''re recruiting for a Production Operative / Assembly Operative to join a busy and well-established company in Watford. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering full training, an early finish every Friday and the chance to develop your skills within a supportive production team.

The Role

You''ll be involved in the assembly, preparation and handling of components, ensuring all work is completed accurately, safely and to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components using work instructions and technical drawings.
• Use hand tools and production equipment safely and effectively.
• Prepare materials and components for different stages of production.
• Carry out quality inspections on completed work.
• Work towards daily production targets.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Support other areas of production when required.

What We''re Looking For

• Previous production, assembly or manufacturing experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Confident using hand tools.
• Good attention to detail.
• Able to follow instructions and work accurately.
• Reliable, hardworking and eager to learn.
• A team player with a positive attitude.
