Role As the-production operative your role will consist of... Working in the jointing department Fill stillages with the required mix of materials for the Calender Operative Trim the finished Calender sheets to the required size Identity stamp each batch for quality control Working a rotating shift pattern of 1 week nights, 1 week evenings and 1 week days. The hours are 6am to 2pm week 1, 2pm to 10pm week 2 and 10pm to 6am week 3. BUT........ Every Friday has an early finish to give you the full weekend off.....what a company !! Week 1 Friday is 6am to 12pm ( Noon ) Week 2 Friday is 12pm to 6.20pm Week 3 Friday is 6pm to 12am ( midnight ) This is a permanent position from day one, where you will be offered, after full training lasting 6/8 weeks,-an hourly rate of - 16.26- which is a - salary of - 32,975.28 -and 33-days holidays.
