Production operative

The Role

We are looking for candidates who have worked in a manufacturing/engineering environment (not food or warehousing).

You must have operated machinery and be able to follow processes.

• Reliable with excellent timekeeping

• Strong attention to detail

• Able to follow clear instructions and procedures

• Comfortable working within strict health and safety guidelines

• Willing to learn about hazardous chemicals and manufacturing processes

• Good numeracy and written English skills

• Able to work towards production deadlines

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: Approx. £29,200 per year

• Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

• 25 days annual leave

• Pension scheme – 8% employer contribution / 1% employee minimum

• Full PPE provided
