You will play a key role in the manufacturing of high-quality soft furnishings, contributing to the success of a well-established company.Working Hours and Pay Rate: Pay Rate: £12.71 per hourLocation: Ashton-Under-Lyne, Greater ManchesterShifts: Morning Shift: 6 am - 2 pm (Friday: 6 am - 1 pm)Afternoon Shift: 2 pm - 10 pm (Friday: 1 pm - 8 pm) Schedule: Monday to Friday Responsibilities As a Production Operative, your key responsibilities will include: Operating various machines to manufacture soft furnishings.Packing finished goods on the conveyor belt.Performing warehouse duties such as picking, packing, loading, and unloading trailers.Meeting daily production targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Ensuring the smooth operation of production processes.Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
