My client who are based in Burntwood are recruiting for a production operative who is looking to build a career in composite manufacturing, full training will be given to the successful applicant.

Duties of a production operative

• Willingness to learn new techniques 
• Quality checking for defects or inconsistencies 
• Use of measuring tools and equipment
• Assisting with the preparation of materials 
• Working closely with the team 
• Good attention to detail 
• Adhering to health and safety regulations 

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a factory environment where they have worked with hand tools or machinery and are used to quality checking their own work
