Production Operative

Production Operative - Braintree- Temp to Perm

Our successful client based in Braintree is looking for experienced Production Operative to join their growing team on a temp-to-perm basis.

Working Hours : Monday to Friday - 8:00am to 5:00pm

-12.71 per hour

Responsibilities

• Safely operate production machinery and equipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and obstacle-free working environment
• Carry out quality checks on finished products to ensure standards are met
• Assist with machine maintenance and ensure smooth production processes
• Perform manual handling and lifting duties within an industrial environment
• Move goods efficiently along the production line
• Carry out FLT driving duties where required

Required Skills

• Previous experience within a production or manufacturing environment
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance

This is a physically demanding role which involves regular manual handling, lifting, bending, and moving products within the production environment.
