Key Responsibilities:
As a Production Operative, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process by:

• Assembling raw materials for prepping, mixing, measuring, and packing finished products.
• Managing automated methods and temperatures to ensure efficient manufacturing processes.
• Communicating and coordinating with the production team to meet production schedules effectively.
• Participating in regular shift-related meetings to share critical information and insights.

What You''ll Need:

• Basic Maths and English skills for effective communication and task execution.
• A strong desire to learn and engage in on-the-job training.
