Instead of an automated conveyor system, each stage of production has its own workstation, allowing you to focus on individual tasks while still contributing to the wider team. Production targets and progress are clearly displayed, helping you stay motivated and on track throughout your shift.You will be fully trained and rotated across different sections, giving you variety in your day-to-day work. While some tasks can be repetitive, the company ensures a comfortable working setup, with many roles performed while seated and chairs provided at most stations.
