Your responsibilities will include:Setting machinery to meet manufacturing criteria and producing cans to exact specifications.Conducting quality checks and accurately recording results.Ensuring all materials are ready for use to keep production running smoothly.Identifying and addressing any machinery anomalies and performing basic maintenance.Assisting with the preparation of equipment for line changeovers. Qualifications and Skills:Educational Requirements: GCSE in Mathematics and English; NVQ in Manufacturing is desirable.Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, especially within an FMCG organisation, is a plus.Key Skills: Strong organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.We believe in fostering a fair and inclusive workplace.
