This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering long-term career prospects for reliable and hardworking candidates.The role involves supporting day-to-day production activities, including operating machinery and ensuring products are manufactured efficiently and to a high standard.Key ResponsibilitiesOperating and monitoring production machinery safely and efficientlySetting up machinery and ensuring it is running correctlyCarrying out basic quality checks on productsWorking to production targets and deadlinesLoading raw materials into machines and handling finished goodsMaintaining a clean and safe working environmentFollowing all health and safety procedures at all timesSupporting other areas of production when requiredRequirementsPrevious experience in a production or industrial environment is desirableExperience operating machinery is preferred (full training can be provided)Good understanding of health and safety practicesAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentReliable, punctual, and a strong team playerAble to carry out manual handling tasksWillingness to learn and develop new skillsWhat''s on Offer 12.71 per hourOpportunity to secure a permanent positionFull training ..... full job details .....
