Production Operative

-12.71 per hour | Temp to Perm | Immediate Starts Available

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy and growing manufacturing environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career with a company that values commitment, reliability and a willingness to learn.

Previous production experience is preferred; however, our client is also willing to train the right person. If you are mechanically minded, eager to develop new skills and looking for a career rather than just another job, we''d love to hear from you.

• Operating and monitoring production machinery
• Assisting with machine set-up and adjustments
• Quality checking finished products
• Measuring materials accurately using a tape measure
• Packing and preparing products for dispatch
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following health and safety procedures at all times

• Have previous production, manufacturing or machine operating experience (preferred)
• Be mechanically minded and keen to learn
• Be able to accurately read and use a tape measure
• Have a good eye for detail and quality
• Be reliable, hardworking and committed to developing their skills
• Be looking for a long-term opportunity and career progression
• Be flexible with working hours and shifts

Candidates must be fully flexible and available to work all of the following shifts as required:

• 6:00am - 2:00pm
• 2:00pm - 10:00pm
• 8:00am - 4:30pm

Additional night shift opportunities may occasionally arise, but these are recruited separately.
