The Role

As a Production Operator, you''ll play a key role in the manufacturing process, ensuring products are produced safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating and monitoring manufacturing machinery
• Setting up equipment and ensuring smooth production runs
• Working with steel products and materials
• Carrying out quality inspections and checks
• Following production instructions and drawings
• Making minor machine adjustments where required
• Reporting any faults or maintenance issues
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following all health and safety procedures

What We''re Looking For

We''re keen to hear from candidates who have:

• Previous experience within manufacturing, production or machine operating roles
• Experience working with machinery or production equipment
• Good attention to detail and quality standards
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• A commitment to health and safety

Experience within a engineering or manufacturing environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
