Warehouse Operative - £12.71 per hourLocation: LeedsPay Rate: £12.71 per hourHours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pmJob Type: Temporary / OngoingWe are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our client''s busy warehouse team in Leeds.This is a varied hands-on role, ideal for someone who is reliable, hardworking and enjoys working as part of a team.Key ResponsibilitiesSafely unload all incoming deliveries.Check goods against delivery documentation and ensure they are correctly marked.Put stock away in the correct locations and rotate stock as required.Pick, pack and check goods for delivery and collection before despatch.Quarantine damaged or faulty goods and notify the appropriate person.Access and pick materials for the cutting department and assist saw operators when required.Load vehicles safely, ensuring goods are well protected and arrive with customers in excellent condition.Complete forklift safety checks before operating machinery.Provide helpful and courteous customer service.Keep the warehouse clean, tidy and safe at all times.Provide cover on CNC machines when required - full training will be provided.About YouThe successful candidate will ideally have:Previous warehouse experience.A valid Reach or Counterbalance forklift licence - advantageous but not essential.A full driving licence - advantageous but not essential.Good communication skills.Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.A hardworking, reliable and diligent ..... full job details .....
