What You''ll Do:

• Assemble raw materials for prepping, mixing, measuring, and packing finished products.
• Manage automated methods and temperatures to ensure efficient manufacturing processes.
• Communicate and coordinate with the production team to meet production schedules.
• Participate in regular shift-related meetings to share critical information and insights.

What You''ll Need:

• Basic Maths and English skills.
• A genuine desire to learn and undergo on-the-job training.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a small, collaborative team.
• Good communication skills and a flexible attitude.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Physical fitness to lift and move weights up to 25kgs.
• A valid right to work in the UK.

• Full-time position with a rotating shift pattern: 38.75 hours per week on a 2-week rotating schedule (Week 1: 5:45 am - 2:00 pm and Week 2: 1:45 pm - 10:00 pm).
