Job Title: Production OperativeLocation: Dover, Kent (must have your own transport due to location and shifts)Salary: Days 12.30 per hour Nights 14.15 per hourIncreasing to 12.60 per hour (days) and 14.50 per hour (nights) after a 3-month probation and further increases once competent in all six areas (usually achieved within 6 - 12 months)Hours: 4 on 4 off rotating days and nights - 5.45am - 6.15pm and 5.45pm - 6.15amOur Client:Is a leading manufacturer of high-quality products used across construction and interior industries. Role Summary:As a Production Operative you will play a key role in the manufacturing process, ensuring products are produced to specification, on time and to the highest quality standards.
