We''re recruiting Production Operatives to join the team at Rittal CSM, one of Plymouth''s leading manufacturers, based in Broadley Park Industrial Park near Roborough.This is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing temporary work with the potential to become permanent.About the Role: As a Production Operative, you''ll be involved in various assembly tasks, including packing IT enclosures for dispatch. This is a hands-on role that requires:Use of manual and powered hand tools.Manual lifting and standing for extended periods.Working in a fast-paced environment, meeting production targets and deadlines.Key Responsibilities:Assemble and pack IT enclosures as part of a team.Perform visual inspections of parts to ensure quality standards.Follow established procedures and health and safety guidelines.Meet production targets within set timeframes.What We''re Looking For:High attention to detail.Ability to follow clear instructions and processes.Team player with a methodical and practical approach.Positive attitude towards health and safety.Good level of English to understand work instructions.Shifts and Pay Rates:1st Shift: Mon-Fri 07:00 - 15:.39 per hour.2nd Shift: Mon-Fri 15:00 - 23:.49 per hour.3rd Shift (Nights): Sun-Thurs 23:00 - 07:.52 per hour.Fantastic Benefits Include:Attendance Bonus.Subsidised Canteen.Free Parking.Shift Premiums.Please note: This role is subject ..... full job details .....
