Production Operative Manufacturing Operative Factory Operative Barnstaple, North Devon Rotating Shifts Monday-Friday Introduction Acorn by Synergie is actively recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing company in the Barnstaple, North Devon area. This is an excellent opportunity for a Production Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Factory Operative or Production Worker looking to join a busy production environment. The role involves producing and packing products, completing documentation and supporting the smooth running of manufacturing operations. What We Offer Monday to Friday working pattern. Rotating morning and afternoon shifts. Morning shifts from 6am-2pm, Monday to Thursday, and 6am-12pm on Friday. Afternoon shifts from 2pm-10pm, Monday to Thursday, and 12pm-6pm on Friday. Key Duties Work effectively as part of a production team to ensure all delivery priorities are achieved within deadlines. Produce and pack a complete range of products in line with Quality Control, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) standards. Complete all production documentation to a high standard through to sign-off. Clean, maintain and prepare your own work area and equipment. Replenish stock and supplies to support the smooth running of manufacturing operations. Support other production areas as required.
