• Ensure high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Meet production deadlines and delivery targets.
• Use documentation control systems (paper and electronic).
• Support the production of printed circuit boards across various industries.

• Basic computer literacy and confidence.
• Good reading and writing skills for documentation.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous CNC programming experience desirable but not essential.
• Experience working night shifts preferred.

• 40-46 hours per week.
• Monday-Friday working pattern.
• Day shifts during training (4-8 weeks).
• Night shifts Monday-Thursday, 6pm-6am once fully trained.
• -13.21 per hour.
• Overtime paid at -1.33 per hour.
• -15 shift allowance per night shift.
