This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking team in a long-term, full-time role with genuine scope for permanent contracts and career progression.Key Duties:Weigh, blend, test, and dispense batches in a fast-paced production environment.Follow production plans and quality control procedures.Record accurate batch data, including materials and lot numbers.Handle and store raw materials safely and correctly.Operate and maintain mixing equipment.Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.Support inventory management and stock checks.Comply with health and safety, PPE, and food hygiene standards (including HACCP where applicable).Report any quality or safety concerns promptly.Requirements:Previous experience in a manufacturing or food production environment preferred.Experience on BRC-accredited sites and knowledge of HACCP is a strong advantage.Excellent manual handling skills and health and safety awareness.Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.Strong communication and teamworking skills.Flexibility with working hours as needed by ..... full job details .....
