Production Operative


Our client based in Bridgnorth is looking for a full-time production operative, supporting both glass handling operations and general production activities at our facility. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to build experience.


You will be reporting to the Team Leader, and be assisting across multiple production areas, including glass handling and food waste processing. This role requires physical fitness, reliability, and a flexible approach to daily tasks.


In addition, you will need to make sure work areas are kept clean, safe, and orderly, be part of the manual handling of materials and products be unpacking glass food products and food waste from outer packaging efficiently, assisting on the main production line as required, operating the FLT to move pallets and dolavs and supporting the wider operations team to maintain smooth production flow.

· Willingness to learn and develop new skills


· Must live within 20 miles of site and having access to transport


· FLT experience preferred but not essential (training provided)


Hours


Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm


Flexibility required: You may occasionally be required to cover alternative shifts to support operations.


Salary


£13.45 per hour


30-minute paid break
