About the Role
Pertemps Northampton Commercial is hiring a Production Operative for a full-time role based in Warkton. This position involves assembling and manufacturing leather heels for shoes, requiring previous manufacturing experience. Duties include some heavy lifting up to 20kg and a walk-round chat. The working pattern is Monday to Thursday, 6.45am to 4pm, and Friday, 6.45am to 12pm, with an unpaid 45-minute break daily. Pay is £12.71 per hour. Note the site has a shutdown at the end of July and the first week of August. Candidates must have relevant experience and physical capability for manual handling tasks.
