Production Operative 
My client based in Shenstone are recruiting for a production operative to join their team on a fixed term contract. 
 
Duties of the production operative:

• Working in a production environment operating manual and semi-automated machinery 
• Loading and operating machine
• Dispatching items 
• Picking, packing & labelling 
• Responsible for own quality checking 
• Manual handling and adhering to health and safety policies 
• Attention to detail 
• Ability to work to targets 
• Able to communicate as part of a team

The ideal candidate for the production operative role will have previous production or factory experience.
