We have full-time Operative roles available in both the Wax and Core Departments, working on a rotating shift pattern. Please note: all candidates must pass a medical assessment as part of the recruitment process.Key Duties:Wax Operative:Create and perfect wax moulds using tools, knives, and Bunsen burners.Carry out detailed, hands-on work (experience with sewing, crafting, model-making, or electronics is a bonus).Core Department Operative:Assist in the production of cores used in casting aerospace components.Operate machinery and follow precise production processes (mechanical or manufacturing background helpful but not essential).Wax Injection Operator:Operate wax injection equipment, change die patterns, and perform basic quality checks.Requirements:Ability to work a rotating shift pattern.Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.Comfortable with hands-on, practical work.Pass a pre-employment medical assessment.Shift Details:Morning Shift: 6am-2pm.Afternoon Shift: 2pm-10pm.What We Offer: 15.17 per hour starting rate, with pay increase after additional training.Overtime available to boost earnings.Stable, full-time work with a predictable schedule.Friendly, supportive team environment.Career ..... full job details .....
