About the Role
As a Production Op/ FLT 2026 in Wrexham, you will support daily operations at a leading packaging and print manufacturer. This full-time, temp-to-perm role pays £14.50 per hour and involves rotating shifts. Your duties include safely operating production machinery and handling materials using a forklift. We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading global manufacturing company based in Wrexham for an experienced Production Operative with FLT experience.

The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting daily production operations, material handling, and ensuring high standards of safety and quality are maintained across the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operating production machinery and equipment
- Loading, unloading, and transporting materials using an FLT
- Supplying raw materials to production lines
- Carrying out quality checks on finished products
- Following all health and safety procedures and company policies
- Supporting general warehouse and production activities
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance preferred)
- Previous experience working within a manufacturing or production environment
- Good attention to detail and ability to meet production targets
- Reliable and flexible approach to working rotating shifts
- Good understanding of health and safety practices
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Monday – Friday: 06:00 – 14:00
Week 2
Monday – Thursday: 13:30 – 21:30
Friday: 11:00 – 19:00
Shift Pattern (After 12 Weeks): Day Shift
Monday – Thursday: 06:00 – 13:45
Friday: 06:00 – 12:30Afternoon Shift
Monday – Thursday: 13:45 – 21:30
Friday: 12:30 – 19:00
