Review all order confirmations and make amendments where necessary Review all purchase orders and close off when complete Weekly review of material availability against plan, expediting future supply, finding alternatives where required and communicating any potential shortfalls to the wider business. Where shortfalls occur, all potential resolutions should be investigated and proposed to the business and if agreed processed accordingly.
