Working within a modern production facility, you will be trained to operate, monitor, adjust, and troubleshoot advanced manufacturing equipment while ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety standards are maintained. You will play a key role in supporting production performance, identifying issues, and helping to keep operations running smoothly.

Employees can progress to Level 2 (-39,452) and Level 3 (-43,489), increasing both their technical responsibilities and earning potential.
The Role
- Operate and monitor automated manufacturing and production equipment
- Carry out machine set-ups, changeovers, and routine operational adjustments
- Assist with fault finding and troubleshooting to minimise downtime
- Perform quality checks and ensure products meet specification standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the production process
- Work collaboratively within a skilled production and engineering team
- 4 on 4 off rotating shift pattern covering days and nights
The Person
- Keen to develop technical and mechanical skills
- Practical, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
- Ability to identify and solve problems in a production environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong team player with a proactive work ethic
- Previous experience within manufacturing, production, engineering, logistics, automotive, military, construction, or similar environments is advantageous but not essential
