The role involves working closely with operational teams to maintain production flow, resolve scheduling issues and improve manufacturing efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain production schedules to meet customer requirements and delivery deadlines.Review material availability, labour resources and machine capacity when planning production.Liaise with Production, Procurement, Stores, Engineering and Quality teams to coordinate priorities.Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to accommodate breakdowns, material shortages and urgent orders.Identify potential delays and bottlenecks, escalating issues and recommending solutions.Maintain accurate production plans, work orders and scheduling data within ERP/MRP systems.Track production performance, schedule adherence, output and delivery targets.Support efficient inventory management and effective use of manufacturing resources.Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, reduce downtime and increase productivity.Skills and ExperiencePrevious experience in production ..... full job details .....
