Production & Manufacturing Operative – Immediate Start

Location: Rochdale
Pay: £12.74 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday (rotating shifts)

• 6am – 2pm
• 2pm – 10pm
• Sometimes 8am – 5pm

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

We are looking for Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing team in Rochdale. This is a practical, hands-on role helping to make and prepare products. Full training can be provided.

You’ll be working in a clean and organised factory with the chance to get a permanent job.

• Assembling and bonding parts together
• Preparing materials by sanding and finishing products
• Checking products for quality
• Helping the production team meet daily targets
• Keeping the work area clean and safe
• Following health & safety rules

• Experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or similar work is helpful
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Able to work alone and as part of a team
• Flexible to work rotating shifts

• £12.74 per hour
• Overtime available (paid extra)
• Monday to Friday work
