Location: Manchester | Salary: 48000.00-48000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | I am looking to speak with experienced Production Managers, operating in a capacity of overseeing Production teams. Due to the structure of the site this would suit an individual with exposure to covering the site in the Operations Managers absence/secondment. We are currently working with a well established, well renowned brand in the food manufacturing industry who are looking for a Production Manager to join the team on a Mon-Fri days shift. You will be responsible for overseeing the whole production team, ensuring customer service and standards, costs, quality, people development and health and safety are adhered to. The site is going through a period of investment and change, the Production Manager will need to have experience managing periods of change and ideally have a strong CI and Lean Manufacturing background. To be successful in the role, you will need to have experience overseeing teams of 50+ reports from an independent capacity. Ideally chilled food manufacturing experience but other food backgrounds will be considered. You will need to be a manager that is present on the shop floor and drives change through a lead by example approach. If you feel you match the above...
