This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manufacturing professional with a background in production management, lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, KPI management and team leadership to take ownership of production performance within an established global organisation.As Production Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management and performance of the production operation, ensuring production targets are achieved safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.Working closely with the Factory Manager and wider site leadership team, you will lead production teams, optimise resources and capacity, monitor operational KPIs and drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.Key responsibilities:Plan, coordinate and optimise production schedules, resources and capacity to achieve operational targets.Lead day-to-day production operations, ensuring output, quality, cost and delivery requirements are consistently achieved.Monitor, analyse and report on production KPIs, identifying trends and implementing effective corrective actions.Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives focused on waste reduction, workflow optimisation, efficiency and productivity.Promote a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement and employee ..... full job details .....
