Production Manager

Unipet International have an exciting opportunity for a Production Manager to join the team based in Sittingbourne, Kent on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum. The Production Manager role: As our Production Manager, you will be responsible for leading all manufacturing operations within Unipet International, ensuring that production plans are executed safely, efficiently and in full compliance with company standards. Working closely with the Supply Chain and Planning Manager, the Production Manager will be responsible for delivering the agreed production schedule through effective management of people, plant, processes and systems whilst maintaining the highest standards of quality, health and safety and operational performance. The role requires a highly visible leader who takes ownership of production performance, drives continuous improvement and develops a highly skilled and engaged manufacturing team.
