Production Manager Job Details and Benefits; £38 000.00 circa depending on experience Monday to Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm and Friday 7:30am-1pm Company pension scheme Excellent canteen facility with free tea and coffee Free parking Production Manager Job Duties; To be the business lead on all matters concerning the production To manage the Departments Training Plans and to ensure all employees are multi skilled across the various Production activities, maintaining Competency Matrix, Individual training plans and Appraisals To actively lead the Production Team Leaders by means of coaching, mentoring and guidance To regularly liaise with other managers ensuring Production Schedules are delivered to the Production Lines to carry out the appropriate builds Maintain positive working relations with key stakeholders within the business Estimate costs and prepare budgets in line with Operational objectives Ensure production is carried out within the timeframes set to meet loading deadlines and ultimately the successful dispatch to the customers To ensure product quality is maintained in line with the businesses Quality ..... full job details .....
