You''ll be responsible for: Leading and developing production teams to consistently hit safety, quality and production targets. Driving performance through coaching, accountability and strong people management. Managing labour, materials and productivity to keep the operation running efficiently. Working closely with Technical, Engineering and Planning to keep the factory moving. Identifying opportunities to improve processes, reduce waste and increase output.
