Everyone wants a Production Manager.

Not everyone wants to actually manage production.

This role isn''t about watching the numbers from behind a desk. It''s about being on the shop floor, leading from the front, solving problems before they become bigger problems, and making sure the operation delivers every single day.

You''ll be responsible for:

• Leading and developing production teams to consistently hit safety, quality and production targets.
• Driving performance through coaching, accountability and strong people management.
• Managing labour, materials and productivity to keep the operation running efficiently.
• Working closely with Technical, Engineering and Planning to keep the factory moving.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, reduce waste and increase output.

This is a days-based role within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. No two days are the same, so you''ll need to enjoy making decisions, thinking on your feet and getting stuck in.

What you''ll need:

• Previous Production Management experience within food manufacturing.
• A hands-on leadership style with the ability to get the best out of your team.
• A solid understanding of food safety, quality standards and factory compliance.
• Experience driving KPIs and continuous improvement across a busy operation.
