You will need to have extensive experience of managing a manufacturing team within an architectural glazing environment. Key Responsibilities Ensuring health, safety, environmental and quality compliance is maintained, and the company s procedures and objectives are achieved by the factory team. Ensuring that all aspects of the contract are manufactured on time and in line with the production manuals and the production planner. Ensuring that multiple deadlines are met and to juggle multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to coordinate and communicate between site and teams and design and procurement departments. Responsibility for maintaining all the machinery with a proactive approach Responsibility for handling employee issues, questions and any disciplinary issues. Monitoring and control of the factory hours. Dealing with supply chain matters which affect the smooth running.
