Production Manager

Talent Guardian is partnering with a well-established and fast-paced business to recruit an experienced Production Manager to oversee operations across Poole and Bournemouth sites. This is a critical leadership role, responsible for ensuring efficient production operations, maintaining high-quality standards, and leading teams through both steady-state and peak seasonal demand. The Role As Production Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day production performance across both sites, ensuring smooth workflows, effective workforce planning, and operational excellence. Standard working hours are 37.5 hours per week, daytime hours, with flexibility required, particularly during peak production periods. You will work closely with Quality, Supply Chain, and senior leadership to ensure production targets are met safely, cost-effectively, and to a consistently high standard.
