We’re recruiting a Production Manager for a specialist gas business in Uttoxeter. Leading a small team of production chemists, you’ll oversee the manufacture of high-quality gases and gas mixtures, ensuring customer requirements are delivered safely, accurately and on time. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll combine technical knowledge with practical people management, developing your team and improving production processes. The role Lead, coach and develop a team of four production chemists, supporting performance, training and development.
