A small yet well-established technical event production company supplying audio, video, lighting, and scenic production services for corporate and private events throughout London.Key Responsibilities

Deliver end-to-end technical event production, from client brief to onsite delivery.Oversee prep and logistics, ensuring all equipment and crew requirements are met.Crew scheduling and management, including briefing freelancers and internal teams.Spec equipment for jobs and contribute to procurement discussions.Provide design input and ensure kit lists meet technical and creative requirements.Operate audiovisual and lighting equipment onsite where required.Liaise with account managers and assist with overall event management.Budget management.Ensure high standards of health and safety and compliance across all projects.Requirements

Strong technical background with the ability to manage and deliver live events.Technical expertise in video and lighting systems such as Novastar, Green Hippo, Resolume, Avolites, or similar.Direct experience as a Senior AV Technician OR Technical Production Manager within the events industry.Previous experience managing production teams onsite.Flexible and adaptable, able to travel and work weekends/evenings where required.Driving licence beneficial.Knowledge of CAD design desirable but not essential.Package and Benefits
