Preferred Requirements Solid understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes and production workflows Proven experience managing large teams in a manufacturing or production environment Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a constantly changing setting PC literate and comfortable using production management systems and tools Self-starter mentality with the drive to hit the ground running and contribute ideas for process improvement.
