The Role Implement and monitor key performance indicators, objectives and schedules including setting priorities and performance expectations for team. Provide measures of control through Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reviews and communicating the KPIs throughout the organization. Develop and deliver a structured maintenance plan in line with production and planning requirements. Engineering stores and workshop supports maintenance plan in line with agreed budget.
