Production Engineering and Project Manager Job title: Production Engineering and Project Manager Location: Dartford Salary: c£65,000 per annum + pension + other benefits. Hours: 8am-6pp, Monday - Friday Production Engineering and Project Manager Provide leadership and oversight to all facets of the Engineering Maintenance team including facility, CAPEX, project, asset care and planned preventative maintenance whilst ensuring health and safety complies with statutory requirements. The Role Implement and monitor key performance indicators, objectives and schedules including setting priorities and performance expectations for team. Provide measures of control through Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reviews and communicating the KPIs throughout the organization. Develop and deliver a structured maintenance plan in line with production and planning requirements. Engineering stores and workshop supports maintenance plan in line with agreed budget. Track improvement areas and drive correct behaviours by ensuring periodic reviews are in place to ensure relevance of KPI s. Oversee development and coaching of departmental team members. Develop individual goals for direct reports and ensure alignment to functional KPI s.
